Heathrow Collection Procedure

HEATHROW vehicle collection procedures (on your arrival at HEATHROW)

IMPORTANT:
We monitor each and every flight on a live tracker. However, If you call us once you have landed we can get the vehicle ready for you.
(Giving us your correct return/arrival flight number is very important to stay in track and to avoid unnecessary delays on collections)

Terminal 2
Collection Point - Short Stay Car Park 2.
You will be collecting your car at the same place you dropped it off.

Please remember you have 15 mins to collect your car and to make the way out free of charge.


Terminal 3

Collection Point - Short Stay Car Park 3.
Near the Pay Point area in the Car Park Level 1.

Please remember you have 15 mins to collect your car and to make the way out free of charge.


Terminal 4

Collection Point - Short Stay Car Park Level 1 (is the ground floor).
In the Car Park towards the last lift at the Central Reservation.

Please remember you have 15 mins to collect your car and to make the way out free of charge.


Terminal 5

Collection Point - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 (same place where you drop the vehicle off).
Level 4 Rows (R) and (S) which will be toward your left as you come out the lifts.
