What is the history of ParkAir?
ParkAir was known as easy valet parking ltd for the past 6 years. ParkAir is the rebrand operation of easy valet parking. We are member of BPA and approved off-site parking operators by Heathrow airport Ltd.

What is ParkAir meet & greet provides?
Off site Airport parking which is known as Meet and greet or valet parking service at Heathrow airport all terminals

How does this work?
Your booking and payments will be made online. All you have to do is drive up to the terminal at the given designated points on each terminal and our valet will meet you there. We will then transfer your car to our secure car compound. On your return, we will bring back your car to the terminal.

Securtity

Are you insured to drive my car?
We are insured under Trade EX Road Risk Car Jockey policy.

Where will you park my car?
Your car will be parked within 4 miles from Heathrow Terminals 2, 3 and within 6 miles from Terminals 4, 5. We may drive additional subject to length of your stay.

Is your compound secure?
Our compound is under CCTV surveillance 24/7, with electrical gates and keys are kept away from the Car park area and secured with Verisure intruder system.

Will my card details be safe and secure?
Your card details are encrypted by global payments which is HSBC preferred merchants.


Would you take care of my valuable possessions?
No. We do not carry out inventory checks. However, as long as you have filled out the form and it should be signed by the valet and you.

 

Booking

How can I make a booking?
It is very simple! Online instructions are provided step by step and it’s easy to follow.


What if I am a first time user and not aware of any of these procedures?
Not to worry! Just give us a call on our customer service number. Our team is happy to help.

Do I get complete instructions of the parking procedure?
Once your online booking made successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with full instructions.


I am not user-friendly with computers. Can I still make a booking?
You can call us at anytime. We are happy to help with your your booking.

Can I cancel a booking?
As long as you notify us 24 hour notice before the collection time, payments will be fully refunded less an admin fee

How can I change my vehicle details?
Simply give us a call or emails us and we will be able to make the changes.

Procedures

When do I call you on the day of departure?
We recommend that you call us 20mins out from Heathrow Airport.

What if I am late or early than the scheduled time?
If you are running late, please give us a courtesy call and keep us informed. 
However, if you’re running early simply park your car at the terminal short stay car park and check in (Car park charges will be your responsibility). The valet will meet you at the check-in area.

What are the procedures of collecting my vehicle on return?
Our driver will hand you the retainer at the time of collecting your car. So everything will be on it

How will I find your valet on arrival?
Our valets will have their ID on them and will be wearing High-visibility jackets 

What if I return later than the schedule day?
You will be charged for the additional days at the current daily rate. You can avoid unnecessary delays if you could notify us early.

Payment

What are the payment methods?
Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheques and PayPal. Credit account option are available for Corporate accounts. 

Do you accept cash?
We do not prefer accepting cash on arrival but it all depends on your circumstances. In certain cases we do accept cash, for an Ie- if you would need your car to be washed on your return and should need very last minute booking

Do you do price match?
Unfortunately we are not in price match scheme.




Other Services

Do you offer car wash services?
Yes we do. Charges for normal cars £20.00
larger cars 7 Seaters and 4 x4 £30.00
If your vehicle is extreme dirty condition we may charge extra.

Do you transfer vehicles?
You have the option of getting your car delivered to Gatwick South or North Terminal or Luton in an event of any flight changes. Subject to availability and additional charges.

How do I file a complaint?
